Ready to take greater ownership of project costs and client relationships?

Viridis Talent is seeking Cost Consultants and Quantity Surveyors for consultancy opportunities in Austin, supporting the commercial delivery of complex construction projects.

The role will involve:

  • Developing cost plans and estimates at successive design stages.

  • Preparing procurement recommendations, bid analyses and package reconciliations.

  • Reviewing contractor change orders and negotiating substantiated adjustments.

  • Reporting commitments, expenditure, contingency and forecast final costs.

  • Supporting progress-payment assessments and commercial closeout.

Your background should include:

  • Approximately 3–5 years’ relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience.

  • Experience independently managing packages or defined project workstreams.

  • An understanding of construction contracts, measurement and procurement.

  • Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience in data centres, advanced manufacturing, major infrastructure or complex building projects would be valuable.
